Compassionate Sonoma County Estate Planning Firm
At Gullotta Law Group, we believe that estate planning should be easy for
you! We go to great lengths to take the burden off of you when it comes
to creating or administering an estate plan. We offer fixed fees for the
creation of estate planning documents to encourage you to ask questions
and take an active role without worrying about hourly fees.
We want you to be involved. This is your plan tailored to your needs and
wants. Attorney Gullotta won't tell you what kind of estate plan you
need; but rather will ask you your wishes for when you pass away and then
will translate those wishes into legally binding documents so they are
fully carried out after you're gone. You will work directly with Attorney
Gullotta throughout the process, along with the assistance of our cheerful
and helpful support staff. It is by having direct and continuing contact
with our clients that we are able to provide stellar legal services.
Eric S. Gullotta, Attorney at Law
I was born in Petaluma and raised in Sonoma and Glen Ellen. I love my community
and give back when I can. I pride myself on providing a relaxed yet professional
environment where we can solve your estate planning or probate needs.
By operating in a positive atmosphere, success and satisfaction are accomplished.
My office is a proud supporter of Prestwood School PTO, Sonoma Valley Education
Foundation, Sonoma Valley Little League and Becoming Independent. I was
so moved by the mission at Becoming Independent (BI) that I now sit on
their Board of Directors. If you don't know about BI, please click
here to visit their website and learn more!
I write a monthly column for the Sonoma Sun titled "Before It's
Too Late" where I provide information on how to avoid estate planning
and probate messes before they happen. Being a little proactive goes a long way.
In addition, I have attained dual professional accreditations. I started
my career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and got my Masters degree
in taxation. Finally, I went to law school locally at Empire College.
As a CPA and attorney, I pick up on tax issues that may be missed.
When I am not hard at work handling estate planning and probate for my
clients, I enjoy spending time with my children, practicing my hobby of
digital photography and brewing my own beer. If you become a client, you
just might get some!

Read about a book that I recently co-authored. The book discusses finding financial security and happiness:
Ashley Rose, Legal Assistant
Ashley has been with Gullotta Law Group since May of 2016. She will be
the first smile you see when entering our office and the friendly voice
on the other end of the phone. Ashley enjoys working with clients and
assisting the team at Gullotta Law Group in their efforts to provide superior
client service. Ashley’s primary responsibilities include managing
all administrative tasks, document preparation and scheduling all meetings.
In Ashley's spare time she can be found sampling the local cuisine
or at the gym working it all off.
Karin "Twink" Smith, Contract Paralegal
Twink is a contract probate paralegal with 28 years of experience throughout
all of California. She specializes in probate, trust administration, conservatorships,
guardianships, estate planning, and fiduciary accountings. Twink brings
her wonderful personality and attention to detail to all probate matters
and has more experience than most attorneys in this area. Twink is also
a LDA (a paralegal who can work directly with the public), and a Private
Professional Fiduciary. In her spare time (although not much these days)
she is a certified Pilates instructor (mat and apparatus) and a dive master.
