Our Team

Eric S. Gullotta, Attorney at Law

Gullotta Law Group

I was born in Petaluma and raised in Sonoma and Glen Ellen. I love my community and give back when I can. I pride myself on providing a relaxed yet professional environment where we can solve your estate planning or probate needs. By operating in a positive atmosphere, success and satisfaction are accomplished.

In addition, I have attained dual professional accreditations. I started my career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and got my Masters degree in taxation. Finally, I went to law school locally at Empire College. As a CPA and attorney, I pick up on tax issues that may be missed.

When I am not hard at work handling estate planning and probate for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my children, practicing my hobby of digital photography and brewing my own beer. If you become a client, you just might get some!

Sheala DeMartini, Attorney at Law

Shela DeMartini

Sheala DeMartini is a third generation Sonoma Valley native. She originally joined our team back in 2015 as a legal secretary. In mid-2016, she realized her passion for trusts and estates and left for law school, later graduating from the University of Idaho in May of 2019. While in law school she continued to grow her experience in estate planning by spending a summer interning for the Coeur d'Alene tribe, drafting wills for tribal members. After graduation, Sheala moved to Arizona, where she continued to work in Estate Planning in the Phoenix Area. As of September 2022, Sheala returned to Gullotta Law Group where she plans to continue to practice estate planning and give back to the community, she grew up in. Currently, Sheala is preparing to sit for the California Bar Exam at the end of February 2023.

In addition to working toward becoming a member of the California State Bar Association, Sheala has become a licensed attorney in Washington State, and is pending licensure in the State of Texas. When she is not working, she loves to travel, and enjoys spending time with her labradoodle, Brodie, family and friends, and wine tasting (of course).

Tina

Tina Rodriguez

Tina Rodriguez joined our team in June of 2022. She began her career as a bookkeeper and shortly after realized that she belonged in the legal field. She has over 25 years of legal experience, including estate planning and probate. She received her paralegal certification from Solano Community College in 2009. Tina is a Napa native and has worked in Sonoma and Marin Counties as well. In her free time she enjoys camping, fishing and football, with her family. She is a 49er faithful and never misses a game! Tina is happy to be a part of such a great team at Gullotta Law Group.

Karin

Karin "Twink" Smith, Contract Paralegal

Twink is a contract probate paralegal with 28 years of experience throughout all of California. In her spare time (although not much these days) she is a certified Pilates instructor (mat and apparatus) and a dive master.
