THE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH
Introduction
Upon entering the office, you’ll be greeted by a staff member and offered a beverage. From there, you will be escorted to the conference room.
Presentation
After introductions are made, Eric will walk you through a simple yet comprehensive multi-media presentation that explains what estate planning is, what it accomplishes and how is saves you and your family time and money.
Questions
At the conclusion, Eric will answer all your questions and address any specific items unique to you and your family. We are all unique right? It is during this time that your custom tailored estate plan will start to come together.
Assessment
Once Eric has an understanding of your situation and family dynamic, he will explain the Gullotta Law Group fixed fee process and propose a flat fee for your estate plan. This amount is the only amount you’ll pay – one and done! If this fee is acceptable to you, you will move on with your planning.
Conclusion
After discussing estate planning, hearing the proposed fee and having your questions answered, you will have the option of accepting the plan and starting your journey right then! If this is the case, the requested fee is due at this time. Our office accepts all major credit cards as well as checks.
Preparation
Upon gathering your specific information, collection of the fee and signing of an engagement letter, Eric and his team get to work and have drafts of your plan prepared in just two weeks! From there you can make changes or ask more questions just to be certain your plan is perfect for you! With our fixed fee model, there is no penalty for asking questions – in fact, we encourage it!
Finish
After reviewing your documents with Eric, having all issues resolved, all changes made and all questions answered, we will set a “signing” meeting where you come back to the office and sign all your documents right here. After signing, all documents are scanned into our secure computer network and you keep the originals. Done! We can even provide digital copies for your files or family members.
